Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, our prices all include 21% VAT.
What are the delivery costs?
We charge a fixed price of € 45,00 for the delivery of a digital piano. Digital pianos from € 1.000,00 are delivered free of charge.
Acoustic upright piano or grand piano:
For the expert and reliable delivery of an acoustic upright piano you pay € 150,00 delivery costs and € 250,00 for an acoustic grand piano.
Assembly service on delivery?
The piano is always delivered right to your living room. You can also optionally choose to have a digital piano built. You pay € 70,00 for this. You can indicate this when ordering or purchasing in the showroom.
How long does it take to receive my piano?
Our transport company will contact you to make a delivery appointment.
A piano is a delicate instrument. That is why we consider expert transport more important than delivery within a day. Our regular carrier ensures the fastest possible delivery. We understand that you prefer to have your piano at home as soon as possible. Delivery of a piano can take 1 to 2 weeks.

Do you also ship to countries outside the EU?
What to do if the delivery is damaged?
In that case, you must refuse the delivery to the parcel service. Please check the shipment for damage, defects and complete contents. If you only discover any defect at a later date, please contact Pianometropool as soon as possible.

Will I receive a confirmation of the products I ordered?
You will receive an email a few minutes after placing your order with a confirmation of the item you ordered.
How can I return an item and what are the costs for this?
You have the right to return your items to us within 14 days in the (if reasonably possible) original packaging and undamaged. You will receive your full purchase amount, including the shipping costs paid by you, within 14 days. Please note that the costs for the return will not be reimbursed. These are at your expense.
Please note that items such as recorders with built-in microphones or separate microphones and accessories cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
